Schönes Appartement nahe am Strand, mit grosszügigem Wohn- und Küchenbereich. Sehr grosse Terrasse. Toll, dass alle Fenster und Türen mit Insektengittern versehen sind! Zwei Bäder mit WC und Dusche, in einem inkl. neuer Waschmaschine. Nette, freundliche Vermieter, die sofort erreichbar sind. So konnte auch das nicht funktionierende WLAN zeitnah eingerichtet werden. Empfehlenswerte Adresse!

Tolle Unterkunft
Wir haben die Zeit sehr genossen. Besonders die große Terrasse und die Nähe zum Strand. Toll waren auch die Mosquitonetze an allen Fenstern und der Grill auf der Terrasse. Wir mussten den Strom noch extra bezahlen, das wsr nirgends vorab ersichtlich. War aber nicht sonderlich teuer.

Ottima soluzione per famiglia
L'appartamento si trova in un'ottima posizione rispetto al mare e al centro di Marina. La zona è tranquilla e si trova parcheggio nella via (con più fatica il weekend). Le camere sono adeguate a due persone, spazi un po' stretti se come noi si richiede l'aggiunta di un lettino per il bambino (fornito nuovo con doghe e materasso pulito). Tanti armadi a muro per riporre le cose di ritorno dalla spiaggia. Aria condizionata in ciascuna camera e nel soggiorno. Il plus assoluto la terrazza, abbiamo fatto in esterno tutti i pasti. Maria Regina, molto cortese e disponibile.

Tolle Terrasse
Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt, insbesondere die riesige Terrasse ist super. Das Inserat ist hinsichtlich des Preises nicht transparent, da die Kosten für die Endreinigung (€ 50) und Bettwäsche und Handtücher (€ 8 p.P. und Woche) in der Hausordnung versteckt sind. Dass die Kosten für Strom verbrauchsabhängig gesondert zu zahlen sind, ist überhaupt nicht genannt. Da wir die Klimaanlage nicht benutzt haben, hielten sich die Kosten in Grenzen (ca. € 5 pro Woche). Für eine Höchstbewertung fehlen einige Dinge (z.B. WLAN, Toaster, Weingläser). Die Nähe zum Strand und zu den Restaurants war sehr angenehm.

Erholsame Ferien am Meer
Wir fühlten uns in der Ferienwohnung von Anfang an wohl. Marina di Grosetto ist Ende September nur noch wenig frequentiert, viele Restaurants und Läden sind bereits geschlossen. Den schönen Strand hatten wir fast für uns alleine, die Liegestuhlkolonnen wurden abgebaut. Von der Wohnung sind es ca 5' zu Fuss ans Meer. Trotz dem Saisonende gab es genügend Möglichkeiten für Einkauf und Verpflegung. Ausserdem kann in der geräumigen Wohnung auch gut gekockt werden. Die gedeckte Terrasse lädt zum Essen und verweilen ein. Unsere Kinder (6/7J) genossen den Spieltplatz direkt vor dem Haus. Allerdings vergassen wir am Anganf den Mückenspray! Die Mücken waren sehr aktiv! Die Wohnung ist sehr freundlich und bestens eingerichtet. Öl, Salz, Gewürze etc. muss von Zuhause oder aus dem Supermarkt mitgebracht werden. Ansonsten ist die Küche aber sehr gut ausgerüstet und auch sonst feht es an nichts! Die Wohnung können wir in dieser Jahreszeit bestens weiterempfehlen, besonders an Leute, die nicht zu viel Trubel und Geschäftigkeit mögen. Erholsame Ferien am Meer!

Tolle Unterkunft in perfekter Lage
Großzügige und praktische Raumaufteilung. Parkplatz direkt vor dem Gebäude. Die Wohnung ist gut eingerichtet, Küchenutensilien sind in gutem Zustand und ausreichend vorhanden. Die Kommunikation mit der Vermieterin war hervorragend. Die superschöne riesige Dachterrasse ist ein echtes Highlight. Die Lage der Wohnung ist toll. Noch ein paar praktische Tipps: Spülmittel, Spültabs, Müllbeutel, Gewürze usw müssen mitgebracht oder vor Ort gekauft werden.

Sehr schöne Wohnung mit toller Terrasse
Die Wohnung verfügt über 2 Schlafzimmer und ein Bad im 1. OG, das über eine Treppe mit dem DG verbunden ist. Dort befindet sich ein weiteres Bad, der Wohnraum/Küche und die sehr große Dachterrasse. Zum Strand sind es ca. 150 Meter und diverse Geschäfte sind in der Nähe. Kurzum: Tolle Wohnung für einen entspannten Urlaub.

Ruim appartement met twee slaapkamers en een bedbank. Slaapkamers en een badkamer op de 1e verdieping; keuken, woonkamer, nog een badkamer en de bedbank op de 2e verdieping. Daar bevindt zich ook het fantastische terras met aan drie zijden uitzicht en waar een briesje voor de nodige verkoeling zorgt! Zeer vriendelijke verhuurster. Aan te raden!

Traumhafte Wohnung in der Nähe vom Strand.
Super nettes Vermieterehepaar die uns begrüßt haben. Kommunikation in Englisch problemlos. Die Wohnung entsprach vollkommen der Beschreibung und hast eine traumhafte Lage! Der öffentliche Strand ist ca. 150 m entfernt. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten fussläufig ca. 300 m. War ein traumhafter Familienurlaub mit vier Kindern!

Das Appartment kann man nur als perfekt bezeichnen. Das absolute Highlight ist jedoch die riesige überdachte Dachterrasse. Die Einrichtung ist hochwertig. Die Lage ist sehr ruhig in einem Pinienhain gelegen, 200m vom Strand entfernt. Die Vermieterin ist eine ausgesprochen hilfsbereite und sehr nette Dame. Wir fahren sicher wieder dorthin.

Ottima sistemazione
L' appartamento proposto è esattamente come descritto sul sito. Pulito, ampio, luminoso, comodo, funzionale, vicinissimo al mare e non lontano dal supermercato e dal centro di Marina di Grosseto. Molto piacevole la terrazza da cui si gode il fresco della pineta. I propietari avevano avvertito che a parte sarebbe stato calcolato il consumo dell'energia elettrica settimanale. Così è stato fatto. Forse consumi che comportano costi irrisori (come nel nostro caso) dovrebbero essere già compresi nella cifra pattuita e non dovrebbe essere chiesto di saldarli a parte.

Ottima vacanza
Appartamento confortevole, ampi spazi, veranda stupenda! Eravamo due famiglie e ci siamo trovati benissimo in quanto ognuno ha avuto modi di avere i propri spazi. Proprietari gentilissimi e disponibili. Esperienza da ripetere, lo risceglierei. Ivana
