Chalet with sauna near the ski area

This beautiful detached chalet for a maximum of 8 people is located right outside the well-known and lively town of Grossarl in Salzburgerland at an altitude of 1050 meters. The location is truly unique. Lovely in the sun, with a wonderful view of the surrounding mountain landscape.

This chalet has a very nice living room with an open fully equipped kitchen, a bathroom and a bedroom on the ground floor. On the first floor there are 3 large bedrooms, a balcony and a bathroom. The chalet also offers a heated ski cellar. After a day of hiking or skiing, you can relax in the sunny garden with beautiful views or in the in-house wellness area, which is equipped with a large sauna, multi-person bathtub, waterfall showers and loungers. You can park directly at the chalet.

In Großarl you can expect an untouched landscape in the Großarltal, the village character of the two communities of Großarl and Hüttschlag and the ambience of a modern winter sports region with a snow-sure ski area. There are a total of 70 kilometers of slopes and 17 lifts on the Großarltal - Dorfgastein ski area. The Großarltal is a member of Ski amade - Austria's largest skiing area with a total of 760 kilometers of slopes and 270 lifts.

An active region like the Grossarltal impresses with a large selection of sports and leisure opportunities such as hiking with 400 kilometers of hiking trails or biking with 140 kilometers of signposted mountain bike routes and bike trails. In summer, the outdoor pool in the Grossarl leisure center offers lots of swimming fun!

Gorgeous views
Arriving to the house was a little frustrating at first because of a rain storm, the narrowness of the road, and how far up the mountain it was. However, the view was amazing, and we enjoyed hiking nearby. The house was very large for our group of 4 and very clean. You do need to bring your own towels.No problem picking up the keys at the nearby hotel. This house felt a little isolated to us, however, it was a great experience since it's location was different from anything we were used to. I highly recommend it.

Geweldig vakantiehuis, prachtige ligging. Ligt wel wat bovenin de bergen. Maar heerlijk om 's morgens in alle vroegte koffie te drinken op het terras met uitzicht over het dal. Bedden waren al opgemaakt bij aankomst. De spa is heerlijk!

We hebben met 2 gezinnen een fijne week gehad in dit mooie huis. Ondanks dat er begin mei veel dicht is (restaurants, gondels, almhutten) hebben we ons goed vermaakt. Op de website van Belvilla staat dat je zelf beddengoed mee moet nemen maar bij aankomst bleken de bedden al opgemaakt! We hebben ook veel gebruikt gemaakt van de fijne wellness ruimte onderin het huis.

Het huisje bevindt zich op een plek bovenop de berg. Het is even een rit om er te komen, maar het uitzicht wat je dan treft is waanzinnig. Het huisje is erg ruim en de benedenverdieping is ingericht als Spa waar je heerlijk in de sauna kan rusten. Het naastgelegen hotel is perfect om te dineren. Op de woensdagavond is er zelfs live muziek. Onze vakantie was door dit huisje in Oostenrijk perfect.

Wij hadden dit huis mede geboekt omdat je in het naastgelegen hotel, dat op loopafstand ligt, goed kan eten volgens de reviews en de verhuurder. Tevens zou er op woensdagavond livemuziek zijn. We hadden dus echt zin om daar gezellig wat te gaan drinken met z'n allen. Helaas was het hotel gesloten gedurende een periode. Het zou goed zijn dit te vermelden op de website, ipv het aan te prijzen, zodat men niet voor een onaangename verrassing komt te staan, zoals wij hadden. De verhuurder weet er van, want de sleutels moeten bij het (gesloten) hotel worden afgehaald. Het huis is verder top in orde! Ook de omgeving is prachtig, mooie klim naar boven vanaf de hoofdweg.
