"Einzigartig war die runtergekommene Einrichtung. Auch die Außenanlagen ließen zu wünschen übrig. Hier nur einige Details : Die Schlafgelegenheiten: Sperrmuell Schmutzige Fenster Defekte Toilettenbrille Schlechte Badbeleuchtung, wenige Haken Tapeten dekoriert mit Mückenreste Kücheneinrichtung dürftig und teilweise verschmutzt Kühlschrank eine Zumutung "

"Großzügiges, gut ausgestattetes Haus. Alles neu, sauber, hochwertig eingerichtet. Endlich mal genug Abstell-/Ablageflächen im Bad und allen anderen Räumen. Großer Garten (Rasenfläche), viele Spiel- und Beschäftigungsmöglichkeiten vorhanden. Wir haben begeistert die TT-Platte genutzt. Ruhige Umgebung, direkter Zugang zu Wald und Kurpark. Etwas außerhalb, nächste Einkaufsmöglichkeit etwas entfernt, Fahrrad/Auto wäre von Nutzen, gibt aber auch einen Bus, der ebenfalls nach Templin in die Altstadt...
