"Best equipped kitchen we have ever seen during our 25 years of travel. The apartment is well-suited for a couple, further, it is very clean and organised. Reinhard and Akiko are helpful and communication is excellent. Only a short drive to Erfurt, Weimar and Gotha. "Weimar is an absolute GEM in Germany. It is small enough to have a village, rural feel and large enough to have plenty of cultural experiences. The very best part are the parks- and this home is located at the very edge of a delightful one. Bikes are easy to rent, and the excursions from Weimar are uncomplicated. This is a safe, friendly, relaxing get away! Erik was a perfect host.The apartment has all that is needed, and we would love to come back annually."

"Excellent place to stay right in the middle of Weimar, close to everything! Very clean and the owner even picked me up from the bus station as I arrived with the bus, not a car. The owner doesn't speak English but we managed to communicate with a translator app. "
