"I was stuck in Brussels as my incoming flight was 5 hours delayed and I missed my connection. I was exhausted after 20 hours of travel. The Sheraton was easy for me to book on Expedia and they let me check in early. The bed was amazing! Very convenient and steps to my gate this morning. I'm home in Spain and thrilled with the treatment I received from the Sheraton. Thank you"

"I like the no-frills approach of Citybox and the clever design of the rooms and bathrooms. The hotel is very handy for the main train station and city bus and tram links. Have stayed at the hotel before and will do so again if visiting Antwerp."

"A hotel that offers what for a hotel it's core business is: a friendly staaf, comfortable and clean room and a good bed. The facilities are very limited and conveniently located in the centre of Antwerp in the very neighbourhood of the Central station, the environment is quite dirty. "

"We chose to stay here as we were visiting Efteling - we were very pleased with the location as it is about 10 minutes’ walk away from the park! Free parking with EV charging by RFID card. There is a supermarket round the corner and a couple of restaurants dotted about not too far away. The room was lovely and breakfast was delicious, lots of options at the buffet. Would definitely stay again."

"What an amazing accommodation! The place was super cozy, clean and very modern. The main lobby/area was very comfortable and the staff were very friendly and helpful. It's about a 30-45 minute walk to the city centre but there are food options in the neighborhood. It's right by the De Koninck brewery, if you are into beer. This place exceeded my expectations."

"Excellent staff. Everyone very friendly and helpful. There was a very kind lady on the front desk whose name I don't have and also Storm who was very helpful and kind also. The breakfast was epic and the character met was fun. There was lots of little details in the room. Comfy bed. Easy access to the park and early access. "Clean, comfortable, friendly, modern hotel in a very central location with good value breakfast. In the late afternoon/early evening they have what they call an "Apertivo" 3 hours when you can help yourself to drinks and nibbles on the house which is a nice touch. Will definitely use this hotel on my futureAntwerp visits."

"The hotel’s architecture is stunning and adds so much character to the experience. The location is unbeatable—close to everything yet peaceful enough to unwind. The highlight, however, was the fabulous spa facilities available to all guests. Relaxing, luxurious, and immaculately maintained—it was a true retreat. I definitely recommend for anyone looking for a mix of style & relaxation. The staff were great, especially the young lady that checked us in & tried to find packing tape for me!!!"
