The cleaning must be carried out by the tenants at the end of the stay and of the weekend unless they take the cleaning fee.

La maison est très bien située, pas très loin du centre bourg, des commerces et de la plage. Il y a tout le nécessaire dans la maisson pour passer un agréable séjour.

Charmante maison au nord est de l'île, parfait pour trois couples et trois enfants (une chambre avec trois lits simples). Séjour agréable avec une cuisine ouverte très bien équipée. Consignes et informations d'arrivée très claires. Merci à nos hôtes !

Idéalement située
Nous avons beaucoup apprécié la maison et son emplacement, dans le petit bourg du Méné à quelques minutes à pied de jolies plages. La literie est de qualité et les lits sont confortables. Le jardin est un peu petit mais il a l’avantage d’être clos et donc sécurisé pour de jeunes enfants. Les grandes tables à l’intérieur et à l’extérieur permettent de faire des repas nombreux sans problème. En revanche, la chambre au premier à droite est assez sonore (porte coulissante non fixée au sol). Nous avons eu aussi un peu de mal à trouver la maison. Enfin il faut emmener ses déchets dans le bourg voisin car il y a un problème de ramassage des ordures. Mais à part ces petits points négatifs nous recommandons les yeux fermés.

bien situe pres d une petite plage
location bien pour 6 adultes et 3 enfants. la 4eme chambre n est pas bien insonorisee. la literie est tres confortable et beaucoup d oreilliers et couvertures. Le salon serait plus confortable avec quelques coussins mais le tout est bien. Il y a beaucoup de vaisselle et la cuisine est equipee. Le jardin est petit et bien arrange. Il y a tout meme des gens qui passent dans la propriete voisine et cela peut gener. Dans l ensemble maison tres sympathique et la suite au dernier etage est tres bien.

a la recherche du temps passé...
Nous avons été surpris par l'extérieur de la maison qui ne correspondait pas aux impressions laissées par l"annonce. Positif, l'équipement cuisine au top. Le couchage était moyen ( draps en vrac sur les lits, pas d'alaises jetables comme annoncées, équipement extérieur (parasol) problématique. .Bref, nos deux nuits nous ont paru chères pour un confort moyen. Bien heureusement le temps ensoleillé et la douceur de l'île nous ont permis de passer un très bon séjour.

A 20 mn de port Tudy et sa côte à gravir à pied pour trouver le logement, nous avons apprécié toutes les balades possible à faire,les plages à découvrir. Un lieu bien situé: calme et détente.

La maison est idéalement située à quelques minutes à pied de très belles plages et à proximité des commerces en vélo ou à pied. Le lieu est très calme et la maison bien aménagée tant sur l'équipement intérieur qu'extérieur. Nous avons juste trouvé que l'acoustique d'un des chambre laissait à désirer, cela dut à une porte coulissante de placard plus qu'une vrai porte. Nous y avons trouvé tout le nécessaire pour 5 adultes et 2 enfant sdont un bébé de 8 mois ce qui a été fort apprécié. Je verrai malgré tout en point d'amélioration de retirer les produits périmés des locataire précédents ainsi que les vielles éponges. Cela laisse une odeur pas très agréable dans les placards.

Casa con encanto completamente reformada en ubicación ideal cerca del “Bourg” y de las playas.
La casa es amplia, recientemente reformada y cuenta con todo lo necesario para una estancia cómoda de una familia numerosa. Mientras que en la cocina, con un equipamiento muy completo, desde lavavajillas a microondas y ustensilios variados, se trabaja perfectamente, se puede comer tanto en el salón adjunto como en el jardín adyacente. En verano, un parasol generoso protege del calor, mientras las sillas y tumbonas permiten disfrutar de la tranquilidad de un rinconcito verde en el borde de la aldea. El WC ubicado igualmente en la planta baja resulta práctico. La lavadora se encuentra en un almacén del jardín, de manera que el funcionamiento no resulta molesto para los usuarios de la casa. Los 3 dormitorios se encuentran en la primera planta con un baño compartido, mientras que la suite con baño propio está ubicada en el desván, ofreciendo un espacio amplio y luminoso. Los baños están equipados con cabinas de ducha con mamparas de vidrio modernas. El estándar y el equipamiento de la casa están claramente por encima de la media. Especialmente interesante es la ubicación. El pueblecito de La Mené es muy tranquilo y cuenta con una capilla antigua encantadora. El supermercado más grande de la Isla está a un kilómetro de distancia. El “Bourg” y el puerto se alcanzan a pie en unos 15 minutos. A la pequeña playa familiar de “Port Melite” se llega mediante un sendero cómodo que nace en la aldea, al lado de la misma capilla, en una caminada de 10 minutos. Desde aquí, se alcanzan las arenas blancas de “Les Grands Sables”, la mejor playa de la Isla, en otros 10 minutos a pie. La propietaria contesta a preguntas y mensajes de forma rápida y eficaz. Además dispone de la ayuda de una persona residente de la isla, que organiza la recepción y cuida de los huéspedes. Gracias a la correspondencia fluida y personalizada, nos hemos sentido bien atendidos antes, durante y después de la estancia.

Un très bon moment sur une île de caractère
Nous avons passés un très bon séjour, un super accueil, une maison très propre, très bien situer. Des propriétaires et une assistance sur l'ile au top (Retour au port le jour du départ avec l'aide de Mme MERILLON en voiture) Et une péripétie gérée par Mme GUILLOSSEAU par téléphone. Merci encore, les sacs oubliés à l'embarcadère ont bien retrouvés leurs propriétaires.
