Character house for 4. Large living room of 40m2 with living room, fireplace, dining room and fully equipped kitchen overlooking a small garden
Upstairs two bedrooms separated by a bathroom (shower and sink) Right a large bedroom with a bed of 180. To the left a very large open room with 2 single beds in an alcove. The staircase to the first floor is secured with a fence for children
In the garden, you have: garden furniture and barbecue
Private parking is available to park your car
Great Sands Beach is within walking distance without fear of cars, it is supervised in summer and all water activities are represented.
All shops are approximately 2 km from the village
Many activities are available on the island: hiking, introduction to fishing, bike rental etc ..

Beautiful House.
Very nice ans charming house! Expect thought many insects (flying ants and spiders) and some friendly mouse.

petite jolie maison mais un peu sombre
4 jours magnifiques à la découverte de Groix à vélo (très pratique car le loueur s'occupe de vos bagages très facilement et très aimablement chez Coconuts sur le port). Pour la location de la maison, un peu contrariés que ni les draps ni les serviettes soient intégrés dans le prix (alors qu'on arrive avec des petits sacs car la voiture reste sur le continent)! Sinon accueil sympathique par Agnès

La jolie petite maison est idéalement située près de la plage de GrandSable. Les jeunes adultes ont du se contenter de la 4 G ça leur a fait le plus grand bien ! Tout fonctionnait, et le petit jardin était bien agréable L île est magnifique et ne ratez pas la fête de Locmaria,le 14aout

Séjour estival sur l'Ile de Groix
Nous avons été accueilli avec convivialité à Kerohet. La petite maison a conservé son authenticité. Son emplacement est idéal pour profiter des nombreuses randonnées ou de la pêche. Le petit jardin à l'arrière de la maison est parfait pour prendre les repas ou simplement se reposer.

La maison aurait besoin de travaux d'isolation et d'actualisation du matériel de cuisine (gazinière, micro-ondes, etc. tout est vieux même si cela fonctionne encore). Le premier étage est mansardé et des passages d'air importants ont lieu dans les chambres juste au-dessus des lits. Le sol à l'étage est en vieux parquet qui craque dès que l'on marche et la chambre est séparée par une cloison en bois. Ce qui fait que dès que quelqu'un se déplace, le bruit est important, et que du point de vue intimité, c'est inopérant. Il n'y a pas de wifi. La façade de la maison est en bordure de route et le jardin est très petit. En haute saison touristique, cela peut gêner les locataires. La dame en charge du ménage est très agréable et serviable. Aucun problème d'accueil et de conseil. Maison difficile à nettoyer car les murs n'ont pas de joints.

Nous avons découvert de magnifiques endroits. Très belle île à parcourir aussi bien à pied qu'à vélo mais de préférence en juin ou en septembre car elle doit être envahie de vacanciers en pleine saison. Petits restaurants sympas.

l'ile de groix est très agréable en cette saison. Nous étions proches de la mer. Et avons découvert le vélo électrique. Mme Henault, la personne responsable de l'entrée et de la sortie la maison, est très accueillante, aimable et très sérieuse.

L'état de propreté est effroyable, sous les lits, tapis, dans les étagères, l'état de la vaisselle, du jardin...tout est sale. Découverte d'un essaim d'abeilles dans un logement de velux en prime. Sinon Groix c'est top

Petite maison groisillonne typique
Agréable séjour sur Groix dans une maison ancienne très bien située avec un petit jardin isolée du voisinage par une belle végétation. Cette maison a du charme mais mériterait d’être mieux entretenue : le système du locataire qui fait le ménage pour le suivant a ses limites ; nous sommes arrivés dans une maison avec des sanitaires propres mais une cuisine pas nette.

Maison en pierre de caractère mais certains appareils ou mobiliers sont hors d’âge ( gaziniere dont on ne peut ouvrir le four ) micro-ondes vétuste, à l’étage les chambres auraient besoin d’un peu de rajeunissement Les précédents locataires sont partis sans vider les containers extérieurs et les déchets alimentaires ( poulet ) avaient été jeté en vrac dedans

le nettoyage devrait etre fait par une femme de ménage avoir des proteges lit et oreillers jetebles les pierres apparentes sont sales et difficiles a nettoyer ( ancienne écurie) un vélux a réparer assez loin de tous commerces petit jardin agréable les jours sans pluie sejour tres moyen

Cour non entretenue. Ménage non effectué (poussière, toiles d'araignée) et surtout manque d'hygiène de la literie (tâches, poils etc...) Dommage car la maison est très agréable par ailleurs!
