"The staff at the hotel were very friendly and accommodating. The rooms were clean and well air conditioned. We appreciate the hotels eco-friendly attempt to reduce the number of towels being used. Breakfast was delicious with lots of choices and attentive staff. It was nice to have cold juice available in the lobby. We also ordered lunch here and the mie goreng was some of the best that I have had, compliments to the chef! M. Iqpal and the hotel staff also helped us to arrange a late checkout along with a free airport shuttle without any problem. The ride was comfortable and the driver was friendly. He even dropped us off right at our requested location. We appreciate the flexibility of the staff for accommodating our travel schedule needs. Overall, our stay was great and we look forward to staying at Fairfield by Marriot Jakarta Soekarno-Hatta Airport again for our flight back home! —— In the future, it would be convenient to share the hotels WhatsApp phone number to help arrange for a shuttle for travelers who do not have a local cellular plan… but this is just a recommendation. "

"The view was interesting and the bathroom was nice with good water pressure and amenities. They use sustainable stuff for the bathroom like bamboo toothbrushes. The mineral water was good tasting and was free of charge if extras were needed. Accommodating and friendly staff who were always ready to help. Overall good stay. The bed was also super soft and warm."

"The hotel has direct access to mall where you can find many food and drink options. Large room however needs some refurbishments. USB sockets would also be nice for charging phones. "

"朝食が素晴らしかったです。インドネシア料理コーナーが充実しているのはもちろん、日本料理（そば、味噌汁、巻き寿司）も美味しかった。野菜不足の人は、中国料理コーナーのヌードルステーションに行って、麺抜きで野菜スープを作ってもらうと良いです！麻辣湯のような味付けにすると最高に美味しい。 ホテルの立地は、MRTの駅のすぐ近くにあるので、BLOCK Mまで電車で行けます。道路交通渋滞が嫌いな人はMRTが便利です！"

"Staff were friendly and room was excellent. Breakfast left me m with some wanting but i guess that the typical indonesian hotels’ breakfast spread so no comment there neither. Would i recommend the hotel? Absolutely particularly if one does not mind the fanfare of jakarta roadside hawkers. Well done Ashley Tang!!!!!"
