"Don't plan on skiing early, as the front desk manager refuses to check you out before 8 am. Also, parking is limited and the property is totally overpriced for its condition. The front desk manager on March 2, 2025 literally yelled at guests who wanted to check out at 7:35 am, despite assurances from the previous day's shift. Never seen any Hotel staff in the world being that unprofessional and angry!!"

"We had a fabulous week at the Apartments Brietach. The apartments have everything you need, and are very good value for money. It is situated in a valley with wonderful mountain views. The owners, Astrid and Stefan, are delightful, as are their staff. Their beautiful Biernese Mountain dogs makes it a home from home for any dog lover, and dogs are welcome guests. "The TT hotel has been rebuilt and is sleek and modern looking. The finishes are gorgeous. We booked this trip through Expedia, sadly we were not told that it was still undergoing finishes and that there would be no restaurant or bar available for the time we were there. We had also booked breakfast. Luckily for us, the owners had told us we'd get breakfast brought up to our room and because of the inconvenience of no bar or restaurant, they had placed us in a suite with kitchen facilities. Once again, brilliantly finished. Breakfast arrived each morning at the time we'd asked for and was the most wonderful spread of cheese, hams, bread rolls, jams, cereal,fruit and juice, milk and a boiled egg. A spread you would find down in the restaurant if it were open. It was wonderful. Lovely stay and would definitely go back."
