"The hotel is next to the main river that runs through Chicago. Great location. Loads of shops and eating places nearby. If you come in from the airport on the blue line, 10 minute walk to the hotel. Taxi can take 30 mins to one hour depending on the time of day and traffic. My room was 1101. Very quiet and looked out on the water front. Staff very friendly and always happy to help. "

Super friendly staff with a shout out to Ebony, Thomas, Jovan and Devin who always had a smile and a warm greeting each time we walked in. Rooms were spacious, well-appointed and clean. Very comfortable beds, too. First stay here but will not be the last!"

"About 50 minutes from ORD (including a half mile walk from Clark/Lake station). Centrally located for seeing downtown Chicago. Room is modern, simple and an efficient use of space. The technology integration is an interesting feature allowing guests to experience a bit of smart stay (blinds, curtains, lights, and TV all controlled from a UI on an iPad mini in the room. Check In/Out was mostly self-service with a front desk staff there to assist if there were any issues. Overall I enjoyed my stay...
