"Super Aufenthalt, als verwöhnter Gast der Pletzer Resorts, hat mir ein bisschen was gefehlt. Allerdings ist das jammern auf hohem Niveau. Es war der letzte Öffnungstag vor der kurzen Pause, da gab es zum Frühstück um 9 Uhr keine Gurken und Paprika mehr, das fand ich schade. Der Rest war toll, Wellnessbereich sehr schön, Zimmer wunderbar renoviert (ich liebe die Seife und das Relax Duschgel), die Hotelbar hat eine gute Auswahl an Getränken und alle waren sehr nett und haben uns sehr gut umsorgt!...

"Absolutely beautiful property in the most stunning location. As soon as we arrived they knew exactly who we were and were greeted by name, which was a lovely touch. Rooms were a good size with nice big windows which were useful during the mini heatwave we experienced! The spa was great with great facilities. "The stay was nice, its a beautiful staycation, Marcus and Michael were very nice to us. The sad part was we couldn’t experience the night stay as we got locked out due to a miscommunication from them. Had a car to sleep luckily. We did get in in the morning and had a nice breakfast and some bed sleep. They said they wouldn’t charge for stay and breakfast so I thought they were genuinely sorry. But the refund never came. So there is a large scope of improvement. But its a nice and cozy stay....
