You'll have the entire home to yourself and will only share it with other guests in your party.

The house for all seasons, occasions and ages.

Besides providing beds for 6 guests, we have 1 foldout bed and a cot if required. There is a super king bed downstairs that can be made into 2 single beds on request.
The grounds are spacious and private. Great for playing games, BBQ and evening drinks on the sun-drenched deck or in front of the outdoor fireplace.
Toys, bikes and sports equipment provided keep everyone happily entertained.
In inclement weather, there are plenty of options to keep everyone entertained inside - dvd's suitable for all ages, wifi, board games, books and popular toys for all ages. From Duplo to model trains.
With air-con in summer and log burner (wood supplied) and heat pumps in winter, as well as double glazing, you will be comfortable all year round.
The A-frame is just a five minute stroll from the gorgeous cafes, restaurants and designer clothes shops in the town and just around the corner from the supermarket. A ten minute walk will take you to the rail trail, which is a lovely walk/biking track for families. In the opposite direction, a few minutes’ drive or 15 minute walk to the swimming pool and family play park and a five minute drive from the river.

Lovely House With Character
Stayed here over a long weekend to attend a family celebration in district. The house is full of character, clean and tidy and close to shops, cafes etc. Would stay again if returning to Greytown.

Fantastic location to be easily able to explore Greytown on foot. Loved the bicycles that were made available to us and enabled us to ride the local bike trails.

Working stay perfection
We were in Greytown for the week for work, and our choice in accommodation was perfect! We had the space we needed to work from home, while being super close to where we needed to be for meetings. It was great to have a fully functioning kitchen, and a lovely outdoor area to relax in when the sun came out. Would definitely stay here again.

We loved the property and the house. We loved the fire with plenty of firewood. It was warm and cosy. Loved that it had 2 bathrooms and that it was dog friendly. We loved the outdoor setup, even though it was too cold for us to use. The house is perfect for any time of year and we will definitely book it again.

This place went beyond expectations. Full of charm and character. Deck in the morning was soaked in sun right through to the early evening. The feeling and warmth of the house made us feel as it we were at home. The electric blankets were a plus. Best of all was the fire place that warmed the entire house.

Lovely home with so many extras. Comfy couches and chairs in living area, good sized kitchen and really great outdoor entertaining area. Steep stairs to upstairs 2 x bedrooms and second bathroom - upstairs queen bed very low - similar to futon height with comfy mattress. Beautiful ironed linen and lots of towels. Wonderful range of toys for kids including Lego and a good range of games, dvds etc. plus a wide range of bikes for all ages in garage including tiny tots. Fabulous location and very quiet. Walk to shops and supermarket and close to bike trails.

Wonderful place!
Lovely house, very well appointed with everything you need. Soft towels, comfy beds, nice welcoming touches. We enjoyed the outdoor dining spaces and wished we'd had more time so we could have made use of the bikes. The owners were very responsive to messages, which was lucky for us after one of our teenagers broke a key off in the front door and we found ourselves locked out. Thanks again Vicki and John for being so good about that!
