Country villa dating back to the 17th century nestled in the Chianti hills. It has been completely renovated to preserve its original features while adding modern amenities.
The property is subdivided into 6 apartments (1 is the owner’s) that are tastefully furnished in traditional Tuscan country rustic style. Each apartment offers all amenities and a private outdoor space equipped for comfortable al fresco dining.
The villa is nestled in hectares of olive groves where guests can take quiet, peaceful walks. At the same time, it is within easy reach of Florence, Siena and San Gimignano if you wish to visit Italy’s cities of art. Or you can relax in the garden and take a swim in the pool.

Distances: the town of San Polo in Chianti with shops of all kinds 3,5 km, Greve in Chianti 15 km, Florence 25 km, Siena 55 km, San Gimignano about 40 km.
At guests’ disposal: well-equipped garden, shared pool. Wifi internet in the garden. Parking on the grounds.

Excellent stay in a rustic farm house
Beautiful location in the Tuscan hills. Having a car is a must. Stefano was a great host. Tiny kitchen is functional but not room for more than one person at a time. Be advised, WiFi is not available inside the house. In order to use the internet you must be on the porch.
