When I asked if it would be possible to stay 1/2 hour later in the morning (i.e., 11:30) to complete a 1.5-hour phone conference, I was told no. The breakfast includes no egg (e.g., boiled egg, scrambled egg) for protein. The two cold cereals are both heavily sweetened with sugar.

First, room key did not work, both me and the wife tried. Staff recharged the card, came to the room, card worked then proceeded to explain how I needed to put the card in correctly, as if I never operated a hotel key before.
