"Property had a stale smell & felt like someone was living in the house which made me very uncomfortable. Yard & decks were untidy; pantry, fridge & freezer had half eaten food & condiments. Apart from lounge area, furniture & fittings were tired, old & dated. Bathroom & kitchen very dated & untidy, cupboards full of junk & old chux left in sinks & window furnishings old & faded. Owner was very obliging & provided refund."
