"Me and my family had a great time in this only. Yes, rooms are outdated but clean. Breakfast was good, staff were friendly and always helpful. The only downsides are thin walls, busy road and hard beds & pillows."

"Charming hotel in a fantastic location. Rooms were quite large for a European hotel. Beds were very comfortable, rooms were clean. Steps away from the main plaza and several outstanding restaurants only minutes away walking. I will definitely come back to Aosta and stay at this hotel. The staff were friendly and knowledgeable. "Staff are very friendly and helpful. Food choice is excellent and so well prepared. Yes its noisy at dinner and breakfast but whst do you expect when there so msny families. Hot location is true ski in/out. Rooms and generally the hotel is very tired abd could do with a lot of modernising. Wifi signal is awful. We had a family room which is joining rooms. Nice and spacious Cleaners do a thorough job but we found blood stains on the bedsheets and pillows. Beds are hard but thats typical across Italy. "

"Loved the breakfast, really great options, above and beyond. Staff courteous and helpful without being overly warm and welcoming. The hot tub/spa is 25 euros per person for 2 hours, honestly this is way too expensive and not clear on hotel listing. The room was spacious with a good view and amenities, loved the little coffee machine.The area itself is very lively with lots to see and do within an easy walk of the hotel."

"This was our favorite hotel on this trip. The staff was amazing and responsive via Expedia contact. Great breakfast. Worth paying for. It was within a walking distance to the next town Saint Vincent. We loved the balconies. The only feedback we have is to get more thick pillows. The pillows were pretty thin."

"Breakfast was amazing! The room was so cozy and the location was great. It was right on the corner so finding it was easy. Keep in mind there isn’t parking directly on site. It’s about 4 euro a night and the garage is about a 5 minute walk. I loved this hotel so much! We also took advantage of the hotels spa and it was wonderful!"
