"We arrived on Monday and Anil at the front dest was helpful even though my card kept giving him problems. Once checked in we noticed a smokers smell in our room. Anil offered to put us in a better room, but we said we just wanted him aware so we weren't charged for someone elses choices. When we checked out Shawn was extremely helpful after our night was interupted by a noisy neighbor and offered a discount on our next visit.
