The bed and shower in our room was very very good. It seems that they are starting in this Air BnB journey and will have it perfect one day. Was great walkability to the whole town including pubs for dinner, fresh produce stores and pharmacy, not to mention a couple of different off licenses. "We did not meet Eric upon checkin, we let ourselves in. Ample parking spaces. Allocated Room 3, which was the assessable room. Our overall stay was good, the location was convenient to get to Cork and Head of Kinsale. Very friendly environment as you get to meet the other guests in the dining/kitchen area. You feel at home as breakfast is provided and you are free to cook as well. We eventually met Eric, and Trish, both are super friendly and helpful. I have to make a comment on Room 3...

"Very welcoming staff. Beautiful hotel and lovely room. The bathroom was new and fresh. Elegant and delicious breakfast included. Great location for walking to shopping and restaurants. The hotel carpet is definitely hard on bare feet so bring slippers for your room."
