The facilities were clean, the service was responsive and the internet worked well. It was value priced and near the BMW Driving School. I'm giving it 3 stars because there was a part with loud music going on outside the room into the evening and there was an oscillating motor sound in the bedroom that required ear plugs.

First off, the whole establishment is beautifully designed and clean, second the lady at the desk has to be THE sweetest and most caring person I've ever met. I have absolutely nothing bad to say because our stay has been amazing.

The staff are very tentative and helpful. The only complaint I have is the street noise. Which really canā€™t be helped. I used my earplugs and that helped. The hotel amenities are really nice. I used the gym and it was clean as well.

Property was great until we checked in which was after hours. But once we opened the door we were surprised by an awful smoke smell Pre III ya guest had to have smoked in this room for a while prior. I know mgmt canā€™t watch over everything but hopefully they can remedy this for future guest
