"Nice place for a family get away - kids and grandkids upstairs and we stayed in our own place downstairs. Explored the rivers behind the cabin - love that it’s within walking distance. Also loved that washer/dryer available, although we didn’t use it. Bed was comfy and the TV was big. The only downside was that you had to take your trash down the street to a large garbage can, rather than use the small one on the premises. "

"I expected the cabin to be not as clean as some of the reviews had mention but it was pretty clean.Had just about all the items we needed to cook in the kitchen. Grill was working and a full tank of propane. Wood was provided for the fireplace.Communication with property management was good except for when they did not response. We use the fire place but there was no tools to clean it up. I ask what was need to done or will property clean it up but no response. I ended up using cardboard as a pan and broom and did my best to clean it up.Ultimately it was a good experience and would stay there again."

"Great cozy little cabin surrounded by gorgeous forests and mountains. Love Northern Arizona. Always great to visit Greer and get a serene, relaxing respite from the bustling Phoenix area. Will stay again and highly recommend this to anyone. "

"My husband and I stayed at this cabin for our first year wedding anniversary. It was exactly as described! Very cute and quaint. A perfect walk to the Molly Butler Lodge and the diner in town. The Little Colorado River is visible from the walking path and is so pretty and peaceful. The property owner was responsive and helpful. Would 100% stay here again and again. It is tucked away and just wonderful. Plus parking and access to streaming services to watch movies and such! "

"Cabin was impressive, looked even better than the photos. Stairs were very steep but there was bedrooms downstairs for those with mobility issues. "
