"Noticed a lot of water damage on the ceiling along with paint chipping over one of the beds. Other areas of opportunity throughout the room for upkeep. Breakfast left a lot to be desired (i.e., two of us in our party but only one bagel, only had a waffle as your choice for a hot meal, etc.). Knowing what I now know, I would stay here again but my expectations will be more in check."

"Ideal setting for a quick family get-away. We could not have asked for a more conveniently located home base to exlpore near-by beaches and attractions. It was our first trip to Broadkill Beach. We are big fans of the laid back vibe. The house was a cozy gathering spot at the end of the day. We loved the porch!"

"My husband and I stayed for the weekend at this lovely cottage. We stay at many VRBO properties and this is definitely one of our favorites now. The house was clean, updated and located perfectly in a quiet neighborhood. It was spacious and cozy at the same time. We were able to prepare all of our meals in the fully stocked kitchen. It was truly a relaxing weekend of looking at the ocean and listening to the waves at this beach front home. We can't wait to return!"

"We loved the remoteness and solitude of this place. The house was very clean (no dust or musty/moldy smells), the kitchen was nicely appointed, and it was nice to have linens and towels provided! We felt like we had the entire to beach to ourselves, though the crabs definitely ruled the roost!
