The spacious interior is casually elegant and offers everything from a game room and gourmet kitchen to a bedroom suite with deck. Minutes from wineries, breweries, Legoland, skiing, orchards, outlet shopping, farm markets and more with beach pass provided. Permit # 22-128.

Outdoor:
Weber propane grill, fire pit, waterfront with a dock out to the lake, hot tub, ample outdoor seating, and a spacious back yard with yard games like croquet and cornhole provided. There is also a large back deck and a private deck off the king-sized bedroom with gorgeous views of the water and nearby mountain ranges.

Kayaks and paddleboards can be rented just around the corner at Sunnyside Landing! Feel free to dock your rented kayaks and paddle boards at Blue Heron Cove for your convenience.

Boats can also be rented for the day at nearby Greenwood Lake Marina! Please do not dock rented boats at Blue Heron Cove’s dock.

Charming Country Home
Our stay was great. This is not actually the property I originally booked, but due to a fire near the first booking we ended up having to change locations. That being said, Ray was on top of the situation and offered us an alternate location. The property switch was seamless and he was very helpful and accommodating to my family. The house we ended up in was adorable and comfortable, and most important fit our family perfectly.
