Easy friendly check in . The manager was happy to change our online booking from personal pmt to company pmt which we didnt know until we arrived at motel that our company was going to pay for our stay. Thanks for being so accommodating!

Dead bugs, spider webs everywhere. Trash under the bed. Stains all over the walls. It was disgusting. The lady at the counter was very nice. Outside of her, that had to be the worst hotel room I’ve ever been in.

Checked in, checked out 20 minutes later. Lock on door broken, smoke detector missing (wires for it sticking out), microwave broken, wallpaper peeling off wall in multiple places, small pieces of trash on carpet, no tissues in dispenser, no towels hanging (only 2 wash cloths), musty smell, two cars with very loud music just hanging out parked by door.

I arrived 25 minutes before lobby closing time. There was no one to check me in. They refused refund. Do not recommend. I'd rather stay in a tent

I never had a problem booking my room online. When I got here my card was declined twice with 2 different numbers. Then they made me pay $10 more then what the room was worth. It was horrible. Thanks to Travelocity Specialists she refunded me my money back.

I stayed here last year, no problem. This year there was a used condom wrapper on the floor, in plain view. The security latch was broken, which means door could be kicked in. General maintenance, loose toilet paper holder, Wet crack on the ceiling above bed. No basics, soap and Shampoo. Tiny give away samples! What a difference a year makes!

The mirror was not attached to the wall just propped up against it. My 2 year old was coming towards the bathroom where i was and it fell on top of him hit the bed and shattered all over him. He got 1 cut on his leg. We was going to stay another night but checked out.

I liked the convenience to my event. The room itself was clean and in good condition. What I was completely unhappy with, is it was falsely advertised . I was told at the online sight that the rooms were $77.00 a night...which is one of the reason that drew my to it to begin with. I was expecting about $230.00 plus tax...and received a bill for 135.56 a night totaling $407.00. Which almost doubled my expected cost. This is my hometown...I've stayed at this hotel before (Best Western) of Greenwood MS. I was very disappointed. I registered a complaint with the front desk, and was told they had no idea what I was charged and could not help me. That is why I am writing to lodge this complaint with Orbitz, the online site who I booked with. I am very displeased with your false advertisement. Would I recommend your services NO. I'm sure nothing will come of this letter, but I had to voice my feelings. Thank You A Once Loyal Customer
