With room for 6 adults and even your furry friends, this property is perfect for your next family getaway or a week of work in town.

The first floor features a modern kitchen with granite countertops and stainless steel appliances, and an open living plan connecting the kitchen with the dining room that seats 6.

The comfortable living room boasts a wood-burning fireplace and a 55" smart TV, perfect for cozy family nights in.

The townhouse itself is beautiful and fully stocked with everything you may need. My family was very comfortable there. It was very clean and we were in contact with the owners during our stay. They truly care about your expedience and your comfort. The location was in walking distance to Main Street and the downtown area. A great place! We were there for an extended 3-week stay and this rental was perfect for us. Host Melinda was outstanding with communication and owners did a great job outfitting the unit with everything you could need for cooking or comforts of home. Within walking distance to Falls Park and everything on Main Street, the unit was clean and in a safe area. We really loved it!

We loved this location within walking distance of the West End downtown Greenville. Hosts were very communicative and helpful. Lovely home (about time for carpet cleaning and refresh - understand this is a challenge with a pet-friendly home).

Fun weekend in Greenville!
It was only my wife and I. The other couple cancelled at last minute. The condo was perfect for us. And would have been if the other couple joined as well. Very close to town for walking to restaurants, etc. Safe area. We enjoyed using the fireplace (wood provided)

Very nice and clean accommodations. Had everything we needed and everything was labeled (light switches, cabinets, etc...)! Comfortable beds and great location. Falls Park is beautiful and a great place to walk your dog. Owner was available for anything we needed including directions when we got lost on our way to the townhouse. Will definitely stay here again if we are in the area.

Lovely condo, clean, comfortable, bath amenities and plenty of towels. Nice location. Walk to downtown and enjoy the park, restaurants. Owner was accessible and easy to work with. But wish we had known shops and galleries are mostly closed Sunday, Monday and some on Tuesday.

Wonderful place to stay in Greenville
This property was everything we were looking for and more. The owners have thought of everything with the home being well stocked with all you need for your stay! The home is beautifully decorated and in walking distance to the Reedy River park and downtown, we didn’t have to drive anywhere the entire weekend. It’s also pet friendly which allowed us to bring our dog with us which was great. The owners communicated with us to make sure we were settled in ok which was very thoughtful. We definitely will be back again at this property. One of the best we’ve ever stayed at!
