Very conveniently located, we had easy access to everything. John guided us in perfectly and was very responsive to all of our questions. We even met the local doe and her baby! "The house was well stocked, large, and comfortable. The view of the lake from the back deck was amazing! The only issue was that the walls and most of the indoor doors were scratched scuffed or cracked and had holes but that was probably due to others staying there and not being careful. One thing to note is that when you’re by the water and in a wooded area there are a lot of insects so bring bug spray and make sure you keep the doors any windows closed. "The place is serene . The only issue that I encountered was that there was no clarity regarding parking rules . I didn’t know I had to park the car facing a certain direction even though the entire block was empty with only 2 cars, a ticket to as place on my car , not a good way to enjoy vacation especially if you are trying to run away from ticket infested NY state . HOA has rules that are so ambiguous to a vacationer trying to enjoy vacation . "
