    Great place for a quick visit to Greensboro
    The house was very clean and equipped with everything needed. Super comfortable bed with memory foam mattress. Complimentary coffee was well appreciated. All in all a top home for a weekend in Greensboro. Very attentive host with quick reactions to any question and understanding for a slight change in travel dates.

    A little get away in the city
    Check in was a breeze, host was a pleasure. The home was so inviting, loved the interior and the little patio. Thanks for letting us stay, would definately look for your place for future trips to Greensboro!

    Great stay and lovely home
    We had a great stay at this location. You are very close to downtown and you can tell a lot of love has been put into the home. Checking was very easy and lots of communication. We enjoyed that they had a baby pack and play. The beds were very comfortable and lots of little items provided like charging cables, toiletries, coffee etc. would definitely stay here again

    Swim meet stay
    We were in Greensboro for a swim meet and had a comfortable stay here. The location was incredibly convenient and the house had everything we needed. Everything was *very* clean and Brooke was incredibly responsive. All in all, it was exactly what we needed.

    Memorial Weekend
    The house itself was very clean, well stocked. It was easy to check in, plenty of space for our family. The owner checked in to make sure everything was ok upon check in and throughout our stay. The neighborhood was just ok, one evening a neighbor was looking right into the house through the kitchen window, so it would have been nice to have a privacy blind on it. That was my only issue with the house.

    Charming, quiet little house close to Colosseum
    My husband and I were in Greensboro for five nights for a sporting event at The Colosseum/Greensboro Aquatic Center. The house is two long blocks from the parking lot so very convenient and walkable! The house is cozy, nicely decorated, comfortable, and quiet. And the king bed was very comfortable. Communication with the owner/agent was easy and smooth. I will definitely stay here again next time we are in Greensboro.

    Perfect!
    My family and I came up for a short weekend trip to attend an event at the Colosseum. We were within walking distance! The house was absolutely beautiful inside and we couldn't have been happier with all the attention to small details like phone chargers, coffee, and toiletries. Location was a little iffy but we had a wonderful time and will definitely be back the next time we come to Greensboro.

    Cozy and quaint!
    We really enjoyed our 2 night stay at this adorable cottage. Beds we’re comfortable, kitchen and bath were well equipped, plus a cozy electric fireplace to enjoy while having coffee or watching TV. Location is great with such close proximity to the Coliseum and in a decent neighborhood. No issues with our stay and will keep on our list for our next visit to Greensboro.

    Perfect spot for NCAA Basketball
    My husband rented this for our brother in law and their two friends to stay in during the ncaa tournament this past weekend. Great location and walkability to the coliseum for the games. Nice off street parking, safe neighborhood. The house slept just enough (4 guys) and was well equipped. Great communication with Brooke throughout the weekend. Highly recommend!

    Fantastic Stay
    We were there for a business event at the Colosseum and rented this house instead of a hotel because of dietary restrictions we find it easier to have a kitchen at our disposal. Check in process was smooth, and all the conversations with the property manager were answered promptly, and they were very available. The property was exactly as described. It was very clean, and all the amenities you can imagine were provided for you. There was even coffee pods for the coffee maker, and so forth. I wish every property was as prepared as this one was. I would gladly stay at this property again.

    The only reason why the online listing was 4/5 was bc I thought there were two twin beds in one of the rooms. In addition the next door neighbor’s flood light kept going off & the smoke detector went off during our stay bc no fire.

    5-Star-Everything!
    If you are attending or competing in an event at the Coliseum, there is no better place for a mid-sized group to stay! We stayed here with our 2 kids and their ninja coach for the World Ninja League finals, and our experience could not be better. We lost power for a short period one day. Obviously this was no fault of the property management, but the communication was honest and frequent. The property provided great amenities: * games and books for our kids * k-cup coffees (in addition to a traditional brewer and a french press). * The kitchen is well-equipped, and can serve about 8 people very well. * The back yard is well-shaded, and provides a nice patio/dining area that we unfortunately could not use due to the rain. * The bedrooms have multi-device charging cables (usb-c, lightning, and micro usb) in case you forgot to bring your own. It turns out our family needed all 3 options! * There is a driveway in front that easily fits 2 vehicles side-by-side. * When the weather agrees, its a nice walk to the Coliseum, a bit of hill climbing along the street. We could not be happier with this home and location, and Brooke truly is a premier host!
