Amazingly renovated single family home with all things necessary for a great short term stay! All rooms offer blackout draperies for amazing sleep during the night or a daytime nap.
This home is very close to the Greensboro Coliseum area, Four Seasons Mall, great restaurants and beautiful parks around the area as well as easy access to 1-40 and 85 making it very easy to get around town and surrounding areas.
No matter if you are coming into town for work or pleasure this house offers a lot of space to relax and feel like you are at home.

Wow!! Great place. Close to everything
The house was very clean. It was close to everything. If you wanted to walk to restaurants or shopping, you could do just that. Will be staying there again in the future.

Great place for a getaway
We really enjoyed our stay. One of the first things we noticed is that the house didn’t just “smell” clean like you often find at other places. This house was actually clean. They had just about everything you could need for your stay. We will stay here again next time we need to be in Greensboro!

Exceeded my expectations and more
We stayed here for the Junior Olympics Mon-fri with my mom and 13 year old daughter. It had enough beds for all three but my mom opted to sleep on the couch which she said was very comfortable. The property had everything we needed if we wanted to cook and saved us a lot of money on food. It was a less than 6 min drive from the coliseum and less than 10 min drive from the mall. There was also a Walmart nearby if we needed to go grocery ahopping. The owner was also very responsive for any questions or concerns. This property will always be our go to if available when we are in the Greensboro area

Cute cozy place
We was there for AAU Junior Olympics. The house was very close to the Aquatic Center. Very clean place. We will be back here again in 2024 for another AAU Junior Olympics

Perfect home away from home
Maria’s place was just perfect for us. We were in town for a basketball tournament and it was very close to the coliseum, so that was a huge plus for us. I will definitely book again if we are in the area.
