POOL HEATED NOW!
Whole home resort style stay with beautiful private heated pool*, new hot tub, fenced backyard and open floor plan.
Home sits in desirable neighborhood that backs up to Oak Hollow Lake; short walk to neighborhood trails that run along the lake. No matter the weather, relax on the large screened in deck; propane fire pit, hammock and comfy seating.
4 Bedrooms on 2nd level. 3 Couches on main level with 1 double air mattress.
4-6 driveway spaces. No Parties, No Smoking.

ABSOLUTELY No Parties, Events, Or Gatherings Of Any Type
Any neighborhood disturbance WILL NOT BE TOLERATED and will result in immediate eviction without refund + $1000 fine.

Quiet Hours after 10PM

No unregistered guests. Primary guest will be charged $35 per person per night for each unregistered guest.

NO SMOKING. Smoke smell in the home will result in $500 cleaning fine.

Pet Fee of $30 per night with a cap at $300+ any additional cleaning charges associated. You must clean up poop and any mess. Any and all damages will be charged accordingly above the pet fee.

DO NOT TOUCH/OPERATE POOL EQUIPMENT - Everything is set up to be automatic. Pool can not be heated in the winter. Heater does not operate when temperature is 60 degrees or lower.

We are not responsible for injury on the property including the pool. By renting our home you are agreeing that we are free of liability. Swim and stay at your own risk!

No access to Basement, Attic or personal locked closets. Violations will result in $500 fine, immediate eviction and any other necessary actions.

Outdoor AND off limit areas under video surveillance cameras for everyones protection.

No Locals unless approved my us.

No Illegal Substances

Remove Shoes When Inside

Early check in/check out is available for a $30 fee with the approval of the host

No Eating Or Drinking In The Bedrooms

Clean, safe, older, single-family home in family-friendly neighborhood close to downtown Greensboro as well as High Point. Excellent communication from owner. Hassle-free check in/out. Recommend for single families (we were a party of five) as kitchen supplies and the single medium-sized common area with tv would pinch larger groups. The backyard hosts plenty of green space if you bring a dog, and the pool was refreshing as was the 4-person hot tub. Screened porch was lovely for morning coffee. Beds and their linens were comfy. Towels (bath and pool) and pool toys need updating. 8/10

Overall not bad place to stay but needs some upgrades in my opinion for the price that is charged. Some stuff needed fixing and needs more tvs. Pool was nice but very slippery and caused some trouble for some of us. Owner was very responsive and helpful for the most part.

The house was super clean and cozy, with all the amenities we needed for a comfortable stay. The host was incredibly friendly and responsive, making sure I had everything I needed. The location was also perfect, with easy access to nearby attractions. backyard was gorgeous! The heated pool and hot tub was amazing. I highly recommend this house for anyone looking for a great place to stay!

Perfect Adult Women's Soccer Team Retreat
My teammates and I stayed here for an adult soccer tournament. This home was the perfect relaxing spot after playing 2 soccer games a day in the heat. The house was beautiful, accommodated 10 female soccer players easily (including all the laundry and shower needs that come with that!), and was a great place to just hang out and recover with close proximity to restaurants and grocery stores. Zach was incredibly helpful throughout the entire planning process.

Wonderful vacation home!

I strongly en outage staying in this beautiful home. Zachary was communicative and present from the time of my booking to my departure. The home itself is centrally located, just a 30 min drive from the airport and all of 8mins from the neighborhoods outdoor mall. The property is safe, new, well stocked and the perfect place to retreat to. My family and I made beautiful memories that will always be connected to this lovely home and our gracious host. Our family had a fantastic time at the house. It was all and more that was stated. There was plenty of room for the 10 of us to spread out. It was a great haven to relax at between the events that our grandsons participated in(2 golds and a silver yeah for them) the property manager and owner were extremely helpful and responsive from the start of the process. The kitchen is the most well stocked of any house we have ever rented(we have been VRBO customers for years). The washer/dryer and half bath downstairs were a huge plus when using the pool. Everyone enjoyed the pool from relaxing to having basketball competition to a makeshift volleyball game and the kids having races to pick up toys off the bottom. As a family we truly made lasting memories and if the grandsons qualify in 2 years we will hopefully be able to rent this home again! A perfect location!
