This relaxing 5 bedroom, 3 1/2 bath with 3 kings, 1 queen, and a 4 twin bedroom has plenty of room for your family and friends. Adults can enjoy the HDTV, kitchen, fireplace, and deck that sits 8 upstairs while the kids enjoy the 60 inch HDTV, Ping Pong table, board games, Wii, PS3, and poker/card table downstairs. Incredible Sonos sound system is available throughout the house. Sip on your favorite beverage on the patio furniture on the dock viewing glass smooth water while fishing. Absorb the view in lakeside Adirondack chairs or sit fireside at the huge fire pit overlooking the lake while roasting smores. Cool off in our pool overlooking the lake. Grill outside on our large propane grill or on our Traeger wood pellet burning grill. Books, board games, 2 HDTVs, WiFi throughout the home and property, and computer with internet access and printer are available for your use rain or shine! Neighborhood amenities include private boat ramp with locked boat trailer storage, tennis courts, basketball court, and a 2 mile wooded hiking trail. The 1 mile cove is perfect for canoeing, kayaking, paddle boarding, fishing, or water sking. If you want to venture out of the cove, you will immediately see the Ritz Carlton with all of it's dining and spa amenities. There are also 2 marinas and boat/Jet Ski/ Etc. rentals within minutes of our home. Within 15 to 20 minutes of our house, you will find many excellent restaurants, Publix grocery store, cinema, and hospital. You will love shopping in nearby historic Greensboro, Eatonton, and Madison. If you are interested in booking in 2 or 3 installments, please send an inquiry requesting 2 or 3 payments.

Family fun
This was our second stay at Lee’s lovely lake home. The home fits our family well (three generations ages 1 to 68) and there’s so much to do! We especially enjoyed the pool, fishing from the dock and paddling around the cove in the canoe and on the paddle boards.

The perfect getaway!
We absolutely love to staying here! We went with some friends and our kids, everything was so clean and nice. The house is very up-to-date with so many amazing features. The pool was perfect, and it even has a cover for the safety of children, which was amazing for us. We will definitely be staying here again.

Perfect home for our stay
We were at Lake Oconee for a wedding in Greensboro. This home was large enough for our extended family and for everyone to have their own bed. We were able to hang out at the pool the day after the wedding and relax. We had everything we needed and it was an easy drive to Greensboro, and the Publix. Highly recommend this home.

This property was perfect for our family of 8 adults and 2 children under 2. The downstairs and backyard/pool area was spacious and functional. Location was great. Host was responsive and helpful. We had a fantastic week at Lake Oconee and would recommend this property to anyone.

PERFECT
We had a fantastic stay just relaxing and had everything we needed. This house had all the amenities we needed and has a beautiful view of the lake. The downstairs was a perfect spot for us to gather and hang out. Pool was awesome. Took the canoe out and explored a bit. Would most definitely stay here again and recommend to anyone wanting a relaxing weekend on the lake.

A Memorable Memorial Day
Our extended family spent a memorable Memorial Day weekend at Lee’s property. He was a gracious and responsive host who worked quickly with us to answer questions and problem-solve. This year is our third year renting this amazing property. Each year we are always surprised by the improvements and additions that the owner has made to make this property unforgettable. We met for a family reunion at this wonderful property and it far exceeded our expectations! We truly felt we were at home! We played many games and did many puzzles. We even had space in the lawn to set up our crochet game which brought back a lot of memories growing up! We feel blessed to have found this vacation place!

Perfect serene seting
Great place and beautiful setting. Much of what we would say has been well documented in terms of the house, sleeping arrangements and amenities - its all great! We used the pickleball courts down the street every night and never saw anyone else there! We also used the paddle boards and rafts and other pool and lake toys which was very nice and handy to have available. All in all a great stay with tons of different seating areas to read and enjoy the quiet setting! Thanks Lee - great stuff you have there!

We all enjoyed Lee’s place. Everything was as stated in listing. Grounds and neighborhood are very nice. Heated pool was favorite for kids. The downstairs area works well with cards/game table, ping pong and spacious TV area for family viewing favorite movies all together. House is comfortable with lots off space for everyone. Professional appliances in kitchen made meal times easy. All in all its a GREAT place!!

This home with its quiet setting and many extras made for a super fun weekend for our 3-generational family. What made our stay fabulous: - The amenities/extras! This was our 5th rental at Lake Oconee and the first time an owner generously shared a canoe, paddle-boards, and fishing rods. It really made the difference in our ability to fully enjoy the lake. And because the home is in a quiet cove, we didn’t have to worry about boat traffic. Other things that made our stay enjoyable: - The pool! - A dining table for 12 - Relaxing around the gas fire pit at night - Watching the Dawgs on the big screen - Playing ping-pong - The screened porch - Comfy beds - The well stocked kitchen One miss: - The pool was not functioning properly when we checked in but Lee worked with us and his pool service to resolve the issue quickly.

tranquility along Lake Oconee
This is my second stay at this beautiful and well-maintained property. There was plenty of space for my party of seven and plenty of amenities to preoccupy us when we weren't on the golf course. The pool water is clean and crisp making for a refreshing plunge after a day in the sun. The house is located within a tranquil cove of Lake Oconee making time on the dock quiet and relaxing. Highly recommend!

Family Fun
This lakehouse is located on a peaceful cove and there are so many things to entertain young children..from the swimming pool to fishing on the dock to paddling in the canoe or on the paddle boards. The house suits our multigenerational family (ages 2-69) very well. This was our third stay and we hope we will be lucky enough to return.
