"We loved this property! Hosts were friendly, rental was clean and ready on time. Fresh eggs, ben jerrys ice cream, and seeing farm animals are bonuses to this property. Our children are two and seven- they enjoyed the animals, playing in the field, and relaxing on the back deck. The highlight was eating a meal on the back deck and the horse would come to graze in the field directly behind the deck. Such a great place to rewind and build memories!"

"The property was ideal for our stay in the North East Kingdom. It is a very clean, comfortable, well equipped, newly renovated, nicely furnished cottage. The beds are comfortable. It is very close to Crystal Lake - about a mile away - which has a sandy beach, boats for rent and is very scenic. We came to the North East Kingdom to hike and we hiked Pisgah, Wheeler and Hor Mountains and also did a very pleasant hike in Perry Holbrook State Park. "The property was as listed. Secluded spot, but just close enough to get to town to do stuff. The check in process was seamless. The house does have some regular wear and tear, but is super cute and was great for me and my friend's to relax. My dog loved the yard. We did have to purchase a new propane tank to use the grill for just one night. Also didnt have enough toilet paper for the whole trip. There are no paper towels either. "Beautiful views and plenty of space in this lakeside house and cottage. There were 6 of us and the space was perfect. Even though the weather didn't cooperate we made the best of it. Lots of games and fun! Loved the porches for our morning coffee. Living area was nice and cozy with plenty of seating. We hope to return in better weather to take advantage of the private dock and firepits. Thanks for sharing with us!"

"This was our first VRBO booking and we couldnt ask for a better place to stay! The house is beautiful and more than comfortable and so clean. We loved the yard and the outdoor fire pit while enjoying tubing in the snow! A perfect getaway! Close to downtown grocery store, bakery, pizza and gas- adorable town. We will definitely book The Copper Mouse again and next time for a longer getaway! It was the greatest experience making the best memories. Thank you again."
