"We had a great stay. Easy to get the keys . Very clean . Close to everything downtown ."

"It was very clean. I had no heat from Monday to Thursday AM. I called multiple times and requested heat. Repeatedly, called the Barsala number. I expressed my need on Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday multiple times. Until Thursday a space heater was delivered. Got a call back and a status update. "
