Cozy mountain cabin, basic, simple, and relaxing!

"Rustic cabin located on a short walk from the Appalachian Trail surrounded by national forest and isolated. The cabin has a gas fireplace for heat and relaxation and a fire pit to relax outside. The loft has plenty of room with a full size bed and a single twin on main level.
The cabin is set up as a getaway, there is no cell service but satellite wifi is available and a smart TV, not high tech but you can communicate with the outside world.

Cute little cabin in a great location
We had a great time staying here! We were looking for something affordable and within driving distance of Hot Springs, NC. This fit the bill perfectly. The cabin was cute and decently stocked (could use a peeler, but not a big deal) with a nice outdoor fire pit and sitting area. The bugs weren’t bad so we actually enjoyed sitting outside. The water pressure isn’t great, but good enough to do what needs to be done. My one and only complaint is the 3AM trip to the bathroom is a little terrifying with the spiral staircase, but Bruce told us he is working on putting a half bath upstairs which will fix that issue. All in all, we had a great time!
