Welcome to Seashore Cottage on the beach at Lagoon Point where the rainfall is half that of Seattle. We are located on 60' of low bank waterfront on the west side of Whidbey Island only 30 minutes north of the Clinton Ferry Terminal.

Enjoy everything Whidbey Island has to offer from this luxuriously-appointed 3-bedroom home. Our home was recently remodeled by a local interior designer and is filled with thoughtful touches, including premium linens, eclectic antiques and one-of-kind custom fixtures.

The home has two bathrooms, washer and dryer, gas fireplace and WiFi. The en-suite bathroom has a double vanity and heated towel rack. The cozy den includes a TV and comfortable couch for rainy day movie watching. Experience the ease of cooking on the new induction cooktop in the open-concept kitchen.

Our back door opens up to Admiralty Inlet where you can watch ships from all over the world pass through.

Enjoy world class sunsets from your patio chair or main bedroom suite - opening the door to hear the waves crashing just outside.

Bring your kayaks and paddle boards and explore the coast down to South Whidbey Park.

Neighborhood is on flat terrain for easy strolls or biking.

Fish right from the beach outside our home as salmon use this route on their way back from open waters.

From whales to deer to eagles they all make their home here or stop in for a visit.

In the evening relax around the outdoor fire and watch the stars come out.

Outside the neighborhood, you're close to all that Whidbey has to offer. We're minutes from hiking trails in South Whidbey State Park, historic Fort Casey, walking trails at Greenbank Farm and other beaches. Farther out, explore local wineries and picturesque beach towns Coupeville and Langley. The opportunities to get out and explore are endless - but we also designed the home to be the perfect retreat - no need to go much farther than the beach out the back door.

Family vacation

Can’t beat the view
We had an amazing time! The house was beautifully updated and had everything we needed. The beds are super comfortable (we even bought the same mattress afterwards) and you can’t beat the sunset from the backyard.

Perfect family getaway
Our family with two girls ages 11 and 8 had a wonderful stay at this beautiful beach house. It was the perfect family getaway! The house is exactly as pictured and was well stocked with everything we needed. The beds were comfortable and the provided beach towels and Sonos speakers were a huge bonus. Riding bikes around the safe neighborhood was a lot of fun. The beach in the backyard felt very private at this time of year. We will definitely be back for another stay!

Great girls weekend
We wanted a getaway to just relax and watch the ocean waves. It was a perfect place to enjoy all day. Kitchen was fully stocked with treats in the freezer and anything you need in the pantry. Beds were comfy. When all accommodations are expensive, this was worth the extra - very little to clean at check out.

Cozy Beach Home
We had a great stay! The house was so much more than a house, it was our home for those few days. From the moment you walk in and see the sand dollar art, the cabinet of treasures, to the picture window views, every detail makes you feel like you are in your own home. The layout was perfect and the rooms very spacious. You are on the beach and see magical sunsets every night! We know we will be back, it was the perfect home away from home stay!

Absolutely Wonderful
Thoughtfully decorated and lots of little touches for guests. Best stocked kitchen we have ever had at a vacation rental. We spent our days on the beach or walking the friendly neighbourhood. Short drive to South Whidbey State Park, Trillium Community Forest for walks etc. and Freeland for groceries. Would love to go back again soon.

Fantastic location and wonderful home
The location is marvellous, beautiful views and steps away from a quiet and very pretty stretch of beach. The home has the most lovely decorating I have ever seen for a sea side cottage. Many lovely touches and unique furnishings. On top of this the home was immaculate and everything worked perfectly. We planned to go out for dinner a few times but couldn't take ourselves away.

Everything we needed was at our fingertips. We were notified early that we were able to check-in early so we could plan accordingly. What a treat! The space was thoughtfully curated with fun touches everywhere. One of the few places I have stayed that everything felt new and clean so was very comfortable. Would highly recommend!

Lovely cottage
Lovely property and surrounding area. We are very familiar with Whidbey Island but haven’t been back for a while. The attention to detail of the decor was outstanding. Just one note, both tub and walk in shower floors felt a bit slippery. We solved this problem by scrubbing them with the Bon Ami cleanser:) hope to return again

Situated near steps away from fantastic, saltwater fishing.
Ok, Ignore the fishing. Lol The view is spectacular, right on the beach, beautiful sunrises and sunsets. The house is AMAZING and they have done a phenomenal job of decorating and accommodation’s. Debbie and Gary are very accommodating and wonderful to work with. They treat you like a friend and not as a renter. We will be back in the future!!

Another great stay!
We love this cottage! This was our 3rd time staying. As a mother with three children under the age of 8 this property is perfect. You can be cooking and they can be playing in the sandpit or on the beach without being out of sight. I always feel safe and the neighbors are very kind. The road in front of the house is perfect for scooter riding and remote control car races. The fire pit is safe for kids to roast marshmallows. It was another wonderful trip and I can't wait to visit again soon. Thanks Debbie for always going above and beyond to be a fantastic host!

Tried to extend our trip on day one...
Everything was perfect. We weren't just looking for a place to stay, we were looking for a place where we didn't have to leave for entertainment. The cottage is comfortable, warm, modern and clean. Beds are comfortable, kitchen is well stocked. I loved enjoying my cup of coffee, while watching sea lions swim past with our kids playing in the backyard (thank you for providing indoor and outdoor toys!!) As a family, we spent a lot of time on the beach, we explored both directions and the neighborhood. We felt safe, even during the wind storm (thank you for providing flash lights!!) Overall, the cottage provided the relaxing and enjoyable family vacation we were looking for. THANK YOU!

Beautifully updated seaside cottage
If you are looking for a sunset view on the ocean in a residential setting this is the place for you. The hosts have done a fantastic job updating their property to what we call a 5 star experience. The photos listed online are exceptionally accurate but when you are there in person it shows quite a bit better! Host communication was second to none ease of access was the same. Highly recommend this spot!

Wonderful Whidbey stay!
It’s not often that I read a review that says “they thought of everything” or “very well stocked kitchen” and it’s accurate - but this home exceeded the reviews! The house is thoughtfully designed and great for kids with easy beach access, a yard and small sand area with toys for younger kids, games and toys inside, blackout curtains in the non primary guest rooms, and easy access to so many fun Whidbey attractions. We can’t wait to come back!
