The building is not new, but has been well cared for and looked clean swept and fresh, no cobwebs or piled leaves in the corners the way you often see at older establishments. The room was bigger than anticipated - it had two double beds at one point, but one was removed to make room for a table, chairs, mini-fridge, and microwave. The carpet and flooring looked new and the shower looked like it had recently been redone. The sink was old and cracked, but still serviceable. The staff was very friendly and accommodating and worked with us to arrange a late check-in which was much appreciated. Little Bear exceeded my expectations for the price and I would stay there again.
