Spacious home with many amenities. 9 miles(15 min.) from Lambeau...easy commute. This home is in a quiet neighborhood and is two houses from the street end, no through traffic. Grocery stores and restaurants within a few blocks. House features 4 bedrooms, 3 1/2 baths. Main floor: Large living room with gas fireplace and 65 inch curved screen TV. Cable, Netflix, Prime. TV's in every bedroom and living areas. Large master bedroom with electric fireplace and king bed. Master bathroom with whirlpool tub. Second bedroom has a queen bed. Full bath with large tiled shower adjacent to second bedroom. Office/bedroom has a twin bed. WIFI throughout. First floor laundry room, half bath, full open concept kitchen, dining area with windows overlooking the deck/yard and conservancy that borders it.
Lower Level: Large bedroom, full bath. Game room, bar, pool table( can convert to ping pong), PacMan machine, Foosball, and bar style dart machine. Theater room with surround sound. Home gym with plenty of equipment including treadmill, weights, weightlifting machines, recumbent bike, TV. Steps/entry to garage.
Exterior: Large deck, fire pit, and Spa. There is a pool but won't be open in April.
This home has everything you need for a great, relaxing and comfortable stay during the NFL Draft 2025. Minutes to Lambeau Field and all of the festivities. Price negotiable.
