Columbia House, your home base for vacationing, visiting, working or attending events in Green Bay & surrounding areas. After your day's events, return to a peaceful, friendly neighborhood. Only minutes to Austin Straubel Airport, Bay Beach, Epic, Wiedner Center, UWGB, hospitals, Lambeau Field, Resch Center, highway and downtown. Park, bakery, restaurants, shops and Kavarna Coffeehouse nearby. There are 2-3 parking spaces depending on size of vehicles. Pet friendly.

The space
Living room with a 55" Roku tv. Kitchen, dining area for 6. Enjoy one of our short-stay reads, cards or games provided in the reading nook with nicely stocked coffee/tea bar. 1st floor rust bedroom has a full bed, tv, closet and a pet kennel. 1st floor plum bedroom has a queen bed, bench storage and clothing hooks. 2nd floor loft inspired bedroom has a king bed, dresser, clothing hooks and dressing/sitting area. All bedside lamps have charging outlets on the bases of lamps for your convenience. Dedicated workspace and children's area with toys/games on 2nd floor. Refinished original wood floors. Fenced private yard, patio, table and chairs, propane grill, propane fire table and yard games. Larger dog kennel, dog beds, highchair and laundry area in basement. High speed fiber internet, WiFi, Central heat & A/C.
Guest access
Home and private yard. One closet is locked and unavailable to our guests as it is for our cleaning crew. Front or back door entry with your own personal code throughout your stay. Access to back (side) door and backyard through chain link gate in between house and garage. No garage access. Wooden gate behind garage is locked and only used for yard maintenance.

Other things to note
Completely fenced in yard for your little ones and pets. Two to three parking spaces (depending on size of vehicles) available in the driveway as overnight parking on Green Bay city streets is prohibited between the hours of 3 a.m. and 5 a.m. Added safety features include fire blanket in kitchen drawer and fire ladder in the 2nd story dresser. Home also features motion activated lighted staircase to 2nd floor.

Great Green Bay Spot
My wife and I were so happy staying in this home! What they have done to make it family and pet friendly is fantastic. The location is ideal, quiet neighborhood and close to many Green Bay attractions. I highly recommend this place!

Adorable with every amenity.
Wonderful 10-day stay with my wife and pup. Older remodeled home with everything you could possibly need. Super clean and close to downtown restaurants and activities. Super comfortable living room couch and beds. Enjoyed wine in the evenings in the pleasant grassy backyard with our dog and the local birds and rabbits. Can’t go wrong with this one!

We had a wonderful stay! The home is well equipped, very comfortable, and clean. The neighborhood is quiet and a provided nice morning walks. The fenced in backyard was perfect for our pup. It was close to all the things we wanted to do: Bleu for dinner, photographing Pelicans in DePere, and Door County. Discovered Uncle Mikes Bakery Cherry Danish Kringle, too! Paula, great renovation!

We really enjoyed our stay in Green Bay. The house was impeccably updated and decorated. The stocked coffee nook and snack basket were pleasant surprises! Our dogs (and us) loved the private fenced in yard. Everything was clean and easy!

Great place to stay in Green Bay close to all downtown but in a nice quite neighborhood. Paula was great with any communications. It was nicely redone throughout with comfortable seating and beds. It was also very nice to have coffee and some little snacks when we got there. Also miscellaneous bath items that were forgotten. We definitely will staying here again when we are in town. Thanks Paula

Cute and clean
We did not stay at this property long, just there for a quick night, but we were very happy with the place. The rental was clean with nicely remodeled decor. The beds were comfortable and the neighborhood quiet. We didn't use the kitchen, but it seemed like they have a good supply of dishes/utensils, etc. Host was responsive to questions and touched base to make sure we were checked in ok and didn't have any needs. Would definitely recommend if you need a place in the area.
