"I’ve always loved staying here but this time they put us in a disability room which I wasn’t very happy about, but I was offered the suite upstairs which was nice but I had my dog who is old and couldn’t walk down the stairs."

"The little things that matter . Filtered water on the rooms , air conditioner on when we arrived , soap on tap , face washers . These things make a difference and a beautiful friendly face on arrival . "

"Older property but spacious and clean rooms, good air conditioning, big gap under front door stuff blows in and insects come and go as a big roach did whilst I was there , otherwise was a good stay close to an event I was attending, staff were very friendly and helpful "

"Very eclectic and quirky hotel, with rooms just as much so. Truly loved it! Super comfy bed and divine smelling bathroom products, eminent of the Australian bush. Attached to the Blacktown drive in cinema which is a unique and fun attraction. The Royal Cricketer’s Arms hotel next door is a great option for dining out. The food is incredible and the atmosphere is even more unique, it has so much character. Truly a memorable stay. Would return! Only ranked the service as average as I found the reception staff to be lacking in energy and not the friendliest, but understandable for this time of year. No complaints otherwise. "
