"I stayed 2 nights on business. All the staff were super helpful, very welcoming and friendly. The room was comfortable but could perhaps do with some upgrading. It would have been good if the hotel sold cold drinks as I had to go out after finishing work at c 21:00 and Villeurbanne did not feel terribly safe."

Not the fault of the staff just the organisation and the hotel needs to be reorganised. "Nice budget hotel. Good location for football stadium with a few bars / takeaways very close by, Staff were friendly and the hotel / rooms were well maintained with good air conditioning and a late check out time."

"The staff was very nice, from maintenance ti the desk. They only gave us 1 towel and the rest were out for cleaning our first morning, so my sister and I had to share. The room was alright, but the neighboring area was awful. Not only did it feel safe, and the neighboring bar was incredibly loud, but the construction was terrible. Nothing like a jackhammer at 6 AM. I'd stay in the west side of Lyon Gare Dieu next time."
