The Space:
Enjoy a thoughtfully designed and renovated condo at SnowPine Village, located next to the SnowPine Lift at Holiday Valley. Whether visiting for skiing, hiking, or a quiet mountain getaway, this space is set up for comfort and convenience.
The kitchen is fully stocked with hickory cabinets, quartz countertops, and stainless steel appliances, including an electric range, dishwasher, and beverage fridge for extra storage. Whether you prefer a drip coffee maker or a Keurig, we provide both, along with essential spices, drip coffee, and K-cups. Additional kitchen amenities include a full set of pots and pans, a blender, crockpot, electric griddle, and electric kettle, making meal prep easy and flexible. The rustic dining table seats six, with four chairs and a bench that tucks underneath when not in use.
The living room is a cozy spot to unwind, featuring a sofa, a comfy lounge chair, and a 55” Roku TV. A gas fireplace adds warmth and ambiance, while a Sonos speaker enhances the entertainment experience. Guests can stream live TV through the Spectrum app on Roku or sign into any streaming services they have access to. A mini-split A/C system keeps the condo comfortable in warmer months.
A sliding door fills the space with natural light and leads to the covered patio, which includes a loveseat for two, a dining table with two chairs, and an electric grill—perfect for outdoor dining and relaxation.
The single full bathroom is off the living room and features a modern walk-in shower with sleek tilework.
The primary bedroom includes a comfortable king bed, a 50” Roku TV, and blackout blinds and curtains for a restful night’s sleep. A wall-mounted desk in the closet provides a quiet spot for work or calls in a pinch.
A spiral staircase leads to the loft bedroom, which is best suited for kids or more agile guests. The loft features two brand-new twin-over-full bunk beds, a 55” Roku TV, a Nugget couch, and a pull-down shade to darken the space, though it’s not fully blackout. The bunk beds are new, and photos will be updated soon.
For added convenience, the condo includes in-unit laundry and is well-stocked with essentials, so you don’t have to bring everything. A selection of board games is available for a fun night in. High-speed internet is included, making it easy to stay connected.
During the winter, enjoy true ski-in/ski-out access with the SnowPine Lift right next door. The Sunrise Lift is also just a short walk away. A ski locker is available during ski season for easy storage.
In the summer, guests can take advantage of nearby hiking trails, pickleball courts, picnic tables, and charcoal grills, offering plenty of ways to enjoy the outdoors.
There is ample parking for the majority of the year. However, during the ski season, a restriction is in place on weekends and select holiday weekdays, limiting guests to two cars. Guest parking passes are provided during the ski season.
The condo is kept comfortable during the warmer months with a single mini-split air conditioning system, providing relief from the heat.
Checking in is easy with keyless self-check-in, so you can arrive at your convenience.
Though ski-side, the condo is just a short drive from town, where you’ll find great restaurants, shops, and year-round activities.
This condo is perfect for a couple, a single family, or a large group of friends.
Guest Access:
You’ll have full access to the entire condo.
The Neighborhood:
SnowPine Village is centered around the SnowPine lift at Holiday Valley, offering easy access to the slopes and resort activities.
Getting Around:
Rideshares are typically available on weekends. During ski season, a shuttle from the parking lot takes you directly to the Holiday Valley lodge.
Other Things to Note:
Please note that there are stairs from the parking lot down to the common building entrance, as well as additional stairs leading to the unit, which may be challenging for older guests. The loft stairs are narrow, and the loft may not be suitable for small children. During the winter months, a 4x4 or AWD vehicle is recommended due to snow and ice conditions. Additionally, there is a restriction of two cars per unit during the winter, and guest parking passes will be provided.
Holiday Valley offers year-round activities, including paddleboarding and kayaking at Spruce Lake, mountain biking, adventure courses, a mountain coaster, and golf. A day pass to the Tamarack pools and cabana bar is always a great time.
Interaction with Guests:
You’ll enjoy self check-in and check-out. I’m available via messaging and strive to respond promptly. Messages after 8pm may be answered the following morning.
