We had to step over a girl sleeping on the sidewalk to get out of the property one night. The entire place smells like mold and is filthy. "I booked this for our family for a surprise for my husbands 60th. We had a long weekend and it was close by for us but what an amazing place. Thoroughly enjoyed by all we had a great time and would certainly go back - also had a private chef for one day which finished the weekend off"

"What can i say It was cleanish but in very poor repair. We ran out of gas on the second day and contacted the owner who was less than helpful. We ended up without gas for 48 hours was abused by the owner who told us off for using too much gas. We had 4 showers and cooked 2 pizza. We had to leave a day early due to this. We had to spend extra money on eating our. Would not recommend at all it is not a holiday home it is a caravan."

"This place is amazing. Has everything we needed for a lovley Christmas break. Close to the water, pubs, and in a quiet area. So clean very comfortable, modern bathroom was amazing shower was exceptional. Nice touch of tea, coffee sugar as well as washing liquid all those kittle touches that made a difference. "Such a beautiful stay at the Staycation Maldon. Very nice location at the heart of the high trees. The suite was very beautifully decorated for Christmas and this really made it very special. Spacious rooms with kitchen made it super convenient and comfortable. Aircon/Heating unit in every room was super required due to the cold weather. My wife and I loved it and for sure will be back again 100% recommend!"
