Spectacular Direct Beachfront Condo awaits your arrival!

Direct Beachfront, 2 bedroom 1 bath condo. This property boasts absolutely gorgeous beach and ocean views from the kitchen and living room and deck as well as harbour views from the bedrooms.
We are located oceanfront of settlement harbour just east of the Nipper's property.
The interior is has beautiful tile floors, large windows and 12' ceilings with 10' oceanfront windows. Teak countertops, dishwasher, ice maker in freezer.
I have worked with the property managers for over 12 years and they take great pride in a offering clean, well maintained product. They are also available if something come up during your stay that may have broken or become disabled.

Beautiful place overlooking the most amazing beach and water! Paul and Erin are wonderful hosts who stayed in touch before, during and after our stay. If you want to spend time in paradise this is THE place to stay!!!

Perfect getaway
This was a last minute trip for us and it was wonderful. The property owners were very responsive and helpful from the first point of contact and throughout. They helped to connect us with a trusted taxi driver to take us from Marsh Harbor airport to the ferry to Great Guana Cay, made great/helpful recommendations and checked in to see that everything was going well. The property sits atop a bluff overlooking the ocean and beautiful long stretch of white sandy beach. Everything is exactly as you see in the photo's. Very relaxing and enjoyable to look out over the ocean, hear the waves crashing and look at the night sky with no ambient light. Everything was perfect

Breathtaking ocean front views
Very clean property. Incredible beachfront location. Close to everything! Sand was like power with hints of pink. Reminded me of Harbour Island.
