Such a pleasant surprise! This hotel really exceeded my expectations. The staff were warm, attentive, and always had a smile on their faces. The breakfast every morning was absolutely delicious — plenty of choices and really well-prepared. It’s clear they care about their guests. I felt relaxed and well taken care of the entire time. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a comfortable and friendly place to stay.

The front staff were very nice and checking was good. Definitely not a 10 rating that showed on Expedia. Lots of homeless around hotel and in the lobby

Such a horrible place!! It smelled so bad and they have cigarettes all over the place..dirty,smells so bad!! People up all night running in hallways, yelling liud talking all night!! I have been to many places and this one was the worst!

I have no idea how this property has almost 5 stars. Definitely didn't feel safe people walking talking and banging at doors at 3 a.m. side doors do not lock so people where coming and going slamming those doors. Showers where disgusting hair left in the showers from the people before and stained. Dirty bedding and dirty pillows. All and all definitely the worst experience I have had at a hotel
