"February Point is a beautiful community with an excellent restaurant, pool, hot tub, and beach area. The home was very spacious and well laid out with some excellent views of the ocean on each floor. The included boat was a game changer. Having the flexibility to use the boat as desired allowed us to explore many places in the Elizabeth Harbor and other areas that we otherwise would not have seen. Would highly recommend!"

"The house is excellent for 2 couples. We only were two people on this trip. Plenty of beach towels ( don’t pack your own) that are large and soft. The beds are good. We stayed in the master bedroom the first 2 nights but then went to the other bedroom with a queen bed that has a much softer mattress. The back sliding door from the living area is broken and does not lock. It took us a few days to discover there are safes in both bedrooms, however; the safes are not bolted to the floor….
