On hotel property in front of the laundry facility there was an unhoused person surrounded by empty alcohol containers mumbling to himself. Room door was not fully closed when we got to the room for the first time. "

"Aging but clean. For some reason I was upgraded to a unit with three queen beds and a kitchenette. Lots of little things were broken or worn -- toilet paper holder broken, broken floor tiles, missing light switch knobs, missing bulb, clogged air filter in the AC / heater. Linens and bath were clean. The kitchenette was decent. It even had a full range - I could have baked a cake! Minimal but usable set of cookware and dishes, but it was good that I had my own dish soap, as none was...
