"Jessica at the front desk was very helpful and friendly. We only have 2 complaints: 1) when we walked in the room, it smelled musty and I have a severe mold allergy so I was worried about a reaction (didn't have one) but it would be great if the rooms could have the fans turned on before we arrive to air out the room. 2) we could smell the purple cleaner while in the breakfast area. It would be great if you could find a more natural cleaner instead of that strong smell/harsh chemical used around...

"Room was adequate but needed a good cleaning. Very noisy neighbors that started their vehicle at 5 am and let it run for several minutes before leaving. Hot breakfast was across the street and down a bit from this hotel. Not convenient. "
