"The villa is spacious and comfortable with an unbeatable view of the sea from a breezy veranda and one of the best equipped rental kitchens I've seen. you can walk down the hill for a quick dip or drive to other beaches from snorkeling etc. we loved our stay! A bit buggy but this may be unavoidable in the tropical and was worth it for all the perks."

"The property is still under construction, so I can understand how some parties would take issue with it. We only stayed for one night, so it didn’t really bother us. The location is a bit remote, but not too hard to find once you get used to driving around Tortola. "

"Beautiful view of Nail Bay, lovely decks and pool with beach a short walk below. House is very tastefully done and well equipped. Bedding is excellent and very comfortable, outdoor showers are awesome. Mindy (Property Mgr.) is wonderful and lives nearby. “Rightway” grocery mart has about everything you would need. (Bring your own tissues, shower soap and shampoo, but hand soap is provided.) "

"Our reviews would have been excellent except for some minor items. No safety shower mats, a rusted dish rack that should have been replaced, no beach chairs as advertised, no dinner knives, and no spatula. We purchased 2 beach chairs, knives, shower mats and a spatula that we left there. "

"I brought my daughter and her friend over on the ferry(very easy)from STJ for a short spring break get away. The property was amazing. It was clean, convenient for what we wanted to do, and had an amazing view. The appliances were top of the line, the kitchen and bathrooms were newly remodeled(or built)and came with plenty of linens. There was cold water waiting in the fridge and ice in the freezer. "We had a fabulous stay at the house. The beach was a short walk or drive (it’s steep) and it was an unexpected treasure. Note: the waves are a bit aggressive. The house had beach towels, beach chairs and a cooler to use. The hot tub was a great way to end the evening. We used Island Time for water taxi, car rental and powerboat rental. They were great to work with. We would absolutely stay here again! "

"Everything about this vacation was simply amazing! The house is beautiful and so close to the water. The views are breathtaking. My family snorkled almost everyday. This is my absolute most favorite place ever! "

"A home away from home. Inge and Rose have made their vision a mission to cater to guests. A true relaxing Shangri la. Exceptionally clean and superbly appointed. The use linens that have been in Inge's family for 3 generations. A 5min walk to the best public beach I've ever seen (even after many beaches in the Greek islands). Breakfast is amazing. An outstanding cook (Alex) is always on spot. Inge makes it a priority to ensure guests are taken care of, even ordering dinner for us when needed....

"The staff was great. The property manager was very responsive to our questions and when we needed help. The housekeeping staff was excellent and did a great job. The location was fantastic. "Karen and Nigel are super nice people, the unit is beautiful and the views are totally amazing. Every day I woke up and went out on the patio and I could never get enough of the scenery. II did not rent a car and I enjoyed walking. Everything is a 15 minute walk if you’re in decent shape. I highly recommend."

"Lovely grounds and plenty of space to spread out. Would stay again—just a couple minor issues. Half of hot tub jets were not working, pool struggled to stay clear and one bungalow had faulty AC. Immigration workers questioned our address as being incomplete but we had no further details to give them. Property manager Katie is so kind and welcoming."

"The spot is great, with spectacular views overlooking Marina Cay and to Tortola and Virgin Gorda in the distance. The beach is just a brief steep walk down the hill. The house is nicely proportioned with a big porch and three bedrooms of decent size. And while not fancy, it is certainly comfortable, clean and very pleasant. The hosts are incredibly attentive and responsive and provided boat transportation and guiding basically on demand. We had a great time."

Awesome Customer Service

"Everything was great. Loved the customer service from all the front desk representatives; all 3 of them were really helpful, knowledgeable and friendly. The room was so spacious and the balcony with the view was amazing. Great location near downtown. The only downfall was the WiFi; was unpredictable; didn’t work on my balcony or by the pool and streaming was inconsistent. I think though that this might be an “island thing;” I don’t know. "

Couple escape

"Saba Rock is a nice place to stay for a weekend escape. Breakfast was included with the room and is a complete breakfast with options to choose. We had dinner twice and food is good. The room is very nice, especially the shower space is great. It also has two sink very comfortable. Although I have to mention that the right sink was clogged. I reported to the cleaning lady but it was not solved. We managed with the other one. But apart from that the room is very comfortable. The decoration has many details. The place renovation was carefully thought and you could notice the details. Employees are very friendly and educated toward the guest. It is a place I will return."

Ocean View

"Loved our large lanai with ocean view and watching the ferries and sailboats come and go. Spacious room that we had to plug in refrigerator and microwave. There was a drumming group next-door that went a bit late. It was kind of fun at first. During the day it was a driving school. Also music with a big base beat until 2:30 am on Friday night. Loved the botanical gardens within walking distance. Convenient to restaurants close by. Great ocean views from hotel outdoor dining room. Food was okay."
