Upon entering the boat basin at Indigo Plantation on the private island of Great Camanoe you will feel the sense of relaxation setting in! A short 5 min drive up the well maintained roads will lead you to KOKOMO, perched on top of the hill over looking Guana Island, Tortola, Cooper Island, Jost Van Dyke and Virgin Gorda and even Anegada on a clear day.

The simple yet manicured landscape surround the beautifully appointed villa with 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, all with outdoor showers tucked away within natural stone and vegetation.

The main level is home to the foyer and living area that opens up on to a large covered porch with views over the Atlantic Ocean.

A charming kitchen with double dishwashers, VIKING range and all the equipment you will need to whip up a gourmet meal. A BBQ is also provided for out door cookouts.

Off of the porch, tucked away in the vegetation is an artificial stone plunge pool designed to not only fit into the surroundings but also serve a great cool off spot after a day of exploring.

All three bedrooms are ensuite and consist of a queen size bed and king size bed in the bottom two rooms and a king size bed in the master suite upstairs.

A 20ft Scout boat comes with the property for you to use to explore the area and use for grocery shopping or nipping over a meal at Scrub Island or Trellis Bay.

A private chef can be arranged at an extra cost too.
