"This Hotel, the staff and the rooms are wonderful. I have stayed at the Hotel on North recently four times ( since my mother was admitted to nursing home in the the area) and each time I have had a wonderful stay. In the four times I have been there the staff have been great, know why I am staying there (I am from CNY) and always ask how my experience was with my mother--they are friendly, take the time to listen to me....I feel grateful each time I stay there⭐️⭐️⭐️ a special shout out to Cameron, Andrew and Jamie!!!! "

"The rooms were clean and comfortable and spacious. The breakfast was expansive given the small size of the hotel and was a great thing for our daughter. Met with business people there and had a great time in the pool!"

"Sign for the Hotel could be bigger or improved lighting. Tree covers sign when dark. Easy to miss entrance when dark if you were not using GPS. Exit no better. Music in lobby in the morning is calming and welcoming. No tv is great! "

"Never disappointed with this place. Its a classic roadside motel. A little bit dated in some respects but has always been clean, very affordable and with an excellent location. Great for exploring the Berkshires, NY state and northern CT. A nice family-run operation. The only place I stay in southern Berkshire County."
