"Lovely quirky place with a very friendly, helpful manager. Our room was OK, rather basic but overall nice and clean. There are no breakfast facilities so it means a drive into Yarm - tho it's a really lovely town. The pub is very close by and does do evening meals. "

When I managed to reach the responsible person, they sounded frustrated on the phone, as if it was my fault they hadn't fulfilled their responsibilities properly The advertisement was ambiguous, and I wasn't aware that the bathroom was separate. "This was our second time staying at this property and we were not disappointed. The house is spacious, clean and the kitchen is well equipped. The bathroom was a highlight with the kids with a tv and jacuzzi bath which was well used after a days walking. The location of the property was perfect and the village is beautiful."
