"Property was comfortable and in a safe area. We stayed over a week and room service never came to clean the room. I’m not sure if that’s something we have to pay extra for. Expedia lists this accommodation available for early checkin, but was not the case upon arrival. They have a strict checkin time. "My daughter and I loved our stay in this hotel. Great location, a few tram stops from the main station, quiet at night although located in the central. The receptionist was nice and helpful .Breakfast was amazing too. Junior suite was spacious and had a nice view of the river. It would be better if there were more staff at breakfast."
