"Wonderful little place to stay. It is in a big, beautiful neighborhood. I would imagine in the summer it is very active with families. We loved the tiny home. The beds were comfy. Plenty of space for the two of us. However, I thought it was a real 2bedroom. It is a 1 bedroom with a loft. I didn't look at the pictures close enough to know that one person was to sleep in the loft. It worked out fine because my daughter could climb the ladder. Lovely place. Would have like to have stayed another...

"Loved the quaint little cottage. The corner property was nice and spacious, but still private. Just half a block away from the community playground, we were comfortable and the home had everything we needed for the basics. Next time we will remember to pack ziploc bags, and containers for left overs from cooking, "

"It's a lovely space. Definitely tiny, but exactly as described. Kitchen is well stocked with pretty much anything you might need for cooking. Didn't love the bed but it wasn't a deal killer either. It is a firm foam mattress. Beach access is right there. We had fun playing the shuffleboard type game in the common room. The clam cleaning shed was also really great."
